```Job Summary:```
Son and daughter-in-law are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. Right now we need weekend daytime hours covered on Saturday and Sunday and possibly some 4 or 5 hour shifts on weekdays. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to a 98 year young lady who requires assistance with daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life.

```Duties:```
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Engage in meaningful conversation and provide companionship
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior

```Experience:```
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
